The neutral tone of the brick compliments the natural timber cladding; both are offset by the slim-framed, large, glazed openings. The relationship between the house and garden was a key feature of the client brief. The design responded to this by using large sliding doors and a feature patio space to make the transition between internal and external space seamless.
