The Hayloft
Nestled against the picturesque backdrop of Hadley Green duck pond, The Hayloft embodies a harmonious blend of heritage and modernity. Originally home to a hayloft and a connected corrugated steel structure, our vision was to restore the essence of the hayloft while crafting a sustainable sanctuary poised to endure for generations to come. We meticulously reconstructed the hayloft, preserving its timeless proportions, while infusing contemporary comforts and eco-conscious design principles.
The adjoining corrugated steel shed underwent a similar transformation, now wrapped with timber cladding and thin framed sliding doors that overlook a central courtyard. Inside, the floors and wet room walls boast a sleek polished concrete finish, adding a modern touch.
